PRODUCTION DESIGN

Setting a film in Los Angeles during the late 1940's requires building sets, period furniture, cars and locations that were built prior to 1947. This is not easy on a small budget but our production designer, Krystyna Loboda, and her Art Department did an outstanding job bringing the 1940's alive.  We built a few sets: Charlie's and Mona's apartments , the private detective office, Bugsy's office, Jaime's shack, Echo Park bridge, library exterior, Wilson's home, and a couple of phone booths. Click on the links below to take a look at the various sets and locations for the film.
